In today’s economic climate, developers are seeking projects that achieve investment goals with minimal risk. The DCC will provide opportunities for investors at all economic levels by bringing together various sources of funding and other incentives, such as tax credits, to reduce the risk otherwise associated with infill development. Additionally, the DCC has the capabilities to partner with other non-profit and for-profit organizations along with various financial institutions to provide favorable financing terms or packaged financing that is difficult to obtain in the current market.

The idea community should provide reasonable access and support to necessary wrap-around services, such as: Education, Training, Transportation, Employment, and Recreation.

WHAT WE DO

The Dunbar Development Company L.L.C. will primarily focus on improving the educational, investment, physical and economic environment for the East Spencer community and other impoverished and under-funded communities throughout the United States. This will be accomplished through educational and real estate development, financing programs and economic development activities.
